A healthy life is a happy life, but a happy life is also a snacky life. Sometimes it can be hard to find healthy snacks that you actually want to eat, so here is a list of snacks that taste good and are good for you!

These are easy to make: just mix honey, raw oats, peanut butter and chocolate chips, and you don’t even need to bake them. If you’re looking for something to grab on your way out the door to work, are packing for a hike, or just want something to satisfy your craving for sweet and salty, this is the snack for you!

2. Frozen Yogurt Bites

This is an incredibly easy snack that will impress your friends with its looks as well as its flavor. Place granola and honey in the bottom of a cupcake cup, add Greek yogurt over that, add whatever fruit you want, and then freeze. This awesome snack tastes just like a frozen parfait, and is great on a warm afternoon.

What is summer without a good smoothie? This is a super easy and delicious snack for just about any time of the day. Just add one cup each of strawberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, and ice, toss in a banana, and blend!

This one is for all the coffee addicts out there. What better snack to cool you off and wake you up during that mid-afternoon slump than a coffee popsicle? You can make it with as much or as little cream and sugar as you like, then just freeze it, and you’ve got a simple and delicious snack.

Popcorn is a healthy, tasty snack on its own, but why not spice it up a bit? If you're looking for a little more heat to your popcorn, mix paprika and curry powder to give it a nice kick. For all you chocolate lovesr out there, try adding cocoa powder with a little bit of sugar for a dessert popcorn. And if you're not feeling as adventurous, a light seasoning of salt and pepper is always a good option to enhance your popcorn experience.

The dip is a sweet alternative to dessert when paired with a fruit of your choosing, and it actually tastes excellent on its own. It is easy to make (just mix Greek yogurt, honey, and peanut butter) and is a great snack when you are craving something sweet.
